- Guest Services: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, verify reservation details, and collect payment.
- Communication: Answer and route calls, take messages, and transfer calls as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Schedule tours and activities, manage mail and packages, and maintain accurate records.
- Front Desk Maintenance: Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to guests, assist with questions and needs, and handle complaints and concerns.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills.
