Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team for the PM shift. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and individualized care to our residents.
Responsibilities- Takes and records vital signs, including temperature, respiration, and pulse.
- Administers medications as prescribed by the physician.
- Prepares treatment trays and assists the physician with treatments.
- Maintains accurate records of resident conditions, medications, and treatments.
- Assists in creating a safe and supportive environment for residents.
- New graduates welcome.
- Valid California LVN license or proof of completion/renewal.
- Previous experience in skilled nursing is a plus, but not required.
- Caring and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
