Key Responsibilities- Supervise and assist Certified Nurses Aides in providing patient care
- Collect and monitor patient data, including medical history and family dynamics
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient care and nursing processes in accordance with hospital policy
- Graduate from an accredited school of licensed vocational nursing or licensed practical nursing
- Current state license to practice as a LPN
- Two or more years of acute care or rehabilitation experience as a LPN (preferred)
