About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Breast Cancer Navigator to join our team at Archbold Medical Center. As a key member of our oncology administration team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our breast cancer patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact and communicate with breast cancer patients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and organizations that support breast cancer patients.
  • Track interventions and outcomes to ensure the highest level of care and quality of life for our patients.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, treatments, and best practices in breast cancer care.
Requirements
  • Degree in Community Counseling, Nursing, Psychology, or a related field.
  • One year of oncology experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good physical and mental health, with the ability to lift, bend, and push without limitation.
