Breast Cancer Navigator Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Breast Cancer Navigator to join our team at Archbold Medical Center. As a Breast Cancer Navigator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact and communicate with breast cancer patients to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
  • Collaborate with physicians, hospital personnel, and community resources to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of community resources and services that support breast cancer patients.
  • Track interventions and outcomes to ensure high-quality care.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Community Counseling, Nursing, Psychology, or related field.
  • One year of oncology experience preferred.
  • Good physical and mental health.
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions and situations.
