Impact Dojo is a dynamic and innovative martial arts organization dedicated to empowering children and adults through the art of martial arts. Founded in 2015 in the Chicagoland area, we have experienced rapid growth and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced martial arts instructor to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate martial arts instructor to lead our classes and workshops for children and adults. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in martial arts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.

• Provide high-quality martial arts instruction to students of all ages and skill levels.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that promote physical fitness, discipline, and self-confidence.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to achieve program goals and objectives.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching martial arts to children and adults.
• Strong background in martial arts, with a focus on karate, taekwondo, or other compatible styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
• Physical stamina to keep up with high-energy classes.
