Martial Arts Instructor

Impact Dojo is a dynamic and innovative martial arts organization dedicated to empowering children and adults through the teachings of martial arts. Founded in 2015 in the Chicagoland area, we have experienced rapid growth and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced martial arts instructor to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate martial arts instructor to provide daily instruction to students of various ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in martial arts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a fun and safe learning environment.

• Provide daily martial arts instruction to students aged 4-18 with varying skill levels.
• Demonstrate martial arts techniques, explain principles, and provide feedback on student progress.
• Supervise students, ensuring their safety and well-being, and enforcing martial arts rules and regulations.
• Organize and prepare daily lesson plans in a creative and engaging manner.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to achieve a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a teaching or supervisory role.
• Martial arts teaching experience (1-5 years minimum) required.
• Teaching certification (preferred but not required).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
