About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at the Wellsworth Hotel. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishes to meet hotel standards.
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and dining areas, including floors, walls, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a healthy working environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to count and maintain accurate inventory.
  • Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical strength and stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
