About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at the Wellsworth Hotel. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of kitchen utensils and equipment.
  • Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes to meet hotel standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hotel regulations and OSHA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and hotel policies.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or food service environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
