We are currently seeking a Youth Support Specialist for our program in SUMPTER TOWNSHIP. This role involves supervising and ensuring the basic care, security, safety, and welfare of residents participating in our Youth Residential Program.
As a Youth Support Specialist, you will oversee and guide residents in their daily activities while fostering the development of positive interpersonal skills and relationships.
This entry-level position in social services primarily focuses on supervising youth in a residential or group environment.
Are you a positive role model? We are in search of individuals with at least one year of experience in Child Welfare Services, with experience in a residential child-caring institution being advantageous. Below are the qualifications we seek:
