At Malace HR, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Manager to drive business growth by identifying and winning new business opportunities in the facilities services industry. This senior-level position requires a deep understanding of market trends, regional and national solutions, and the ability to build relationships with decision makers and C-Suite executives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, including in-person prospecting and cold-calling. They will execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and track sales performance metrics, preparing accurate sales forecasts. Additionally, they will develop and present customized sales and marketing presentations, generating new business leads through cold-calling, networking, and industry events.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum ten (10) years' experience in outside sales and/or Business to Business (B2B) sales, preferably in the Facilities Management industry. Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and managing pipeline of business opportunities is essential. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities are also required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office365 products, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
