About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of our store team, responsible for supporting the Store Team Manager in all areas of store operations. This includes training and coaching our team members, ensuring quality execution in each department, and monitoring compliance with our policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead training and coaching initiatives to support the growth and development of our team members
- Monitor and enforce quality execution in each department to ensure exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the Store Team Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Model and coach our team members to hold them accountable to our policies and standard operating procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and store leadership to ensure a positive and inclusive store environment
