We are looking for a highly skilled sales professional to fill the position of Residential GC Sales Representative - New Builds. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

About the Role:

This position requires a deep understanding of the construction industry and the ability to develop lasting relationships with residential general contractors and builders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with timely and accurate estimates and proposals.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$100,000 based on industry standards and market conditions.

Requirements:
  • Two (2) years outside selling experience to general contractors and builders required.
  • Possess valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
