Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Medical Surgical to join our team at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital. As a leader in our medical surgical department, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of medical surgical patients
  • Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
  • Maintain and review patients' records, including posting tests and examination results
  • Administer medications in accordance with physician orders
  • Provide leadership to your nursing team during your designated shift
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Minimum 1 year RN experience in an acute care setting
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
