Team Dynamics:

Our team comprises professionals with diverse expertise, including geospatial and intelligence analysis, crime and fraud investigation, computer science, and statistics. We leverage critical reasoning and scientific methodologies to uncover behavioral, spatial, and temporal patterns in complex datasets, aiming to predict illicit activities.

Role Overview:

As a Pattern Analyst, you will innovate and implement advanced tools and techniques to identify and analyze patterns of events and movements associated with malicious actors and their networks. Your contributions will help bridge intelligence gaps through comprehensive data analysis, providing actionable insights to operational units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver analytic situational awareness and counter threat network analysis to support military operations against adversarial networks.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to produce analytic products and present findings through briefings and visualizations.
  • Acquire and apply advanced data processing skills and analytic methodologies relevant to the role.
  • Master industry-standard analytic software tools, including Microsoft Excel, ESRI ArcGIS, and Python.
  • Synthesize and analyze geospatial data from various sources to create high-quality thematic maps.
  • Operate independently while maintaining high standards of analysis and support across diverse teams.
  • Utilize critical thinking to enhance data analysis in both independent and collaborative settings.
  • Communicate complex technical findings to defense and law enforcement clients in a clear and actionable manner.

Specialty Roles:

Data Science or Computer Science Role:

  • Fulfill all Pattern Analyst responsibilities.
  • Develop automated workflows and data processing methodologies to support real-time Pattern Analysis.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Python and related tools for data processing and geospatial analysis.
  • Experience with machine learning and cloud computing is a plus.
  • Obtain necessary IT certifications as required.

Deployment Role:

  • Meet all Pattern Analyst responsibilities.
  • Engage proactively with clients and partners to conduct analytic tasks and briefings.
  • Maintain effective communication through various channels to align mission priorities.
  • Be prepared for potential deployment as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or scientific field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in an operational, technical, or analytic role is essential.
  • Proven expertise in fields such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Geospatial Analysis.
