Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Part-Time Home Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Part-Time Home Care Specialist. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Administer nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Provide individualized nursing care, teaching, and supervision to patients and their families or caregivers.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care, perform technical nursing skills with a high degree of proficiency, and promote a team approach in patient care.
- Execute physician orders, notify RN/Case Manager of necessary updates or changes in condition, and complete documentation according to Agency Policy and Regulatory guidelines.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Vocational training in an Accredited School of Licensed Practical Nursing.
- Two (2) years of Home Health LPN experience.
- Minimum of (1) year of clinical experience in Medical/Surgical nursing.
- Venipuncture skills.
- IV certification.
