UCHealth is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist - Traveler to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist - Traveler, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting surgeons during surgical procedures.
Responsibilities- Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- State Surgical Assistant or Surgical Technologist registration - DORA required
- 1-year experience in a surgical setting required
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date required
