About the Role

Rogers Group, a leading aggregates and asphalt highway construction company, is seeking a skilled Motor Grader Operator to join our Construction Operations team based in Madison, TN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Motor Grader to complete fine and finish grade work with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
  • Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
  • Conduct daily pre-and post-inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the site grading crew to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following all company policies and OSHA/MSHA/Environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a Motor Grader in fine grading sub-base to paver-ready tolerances.
  • Ability to work in challenging and unique terrain environments.
  • Experience working with GPS control is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
