Roofing Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Superintendent to join our team at CentiMark Corporation. As a leading provider of commercial/industrial roofing services, we offer a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role in our New Construction Division.

Job Summary:

As a Roofing Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising large-scale new construction roofing projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring project schedules are met
• Supervising multiple roofing crews at job sites
• Understanding blueprints, job specifications, and building plans
• Communicating with general contractors and trades to ensure a smooth workflow
• Setting up and maintaining safety on job sites
• Planning and executing successful projects
• Traveling to job sites as needed
• Working overtime as required

Candidate Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid state driver's license
• Experience in construction/roofing supervision
• Commercial roofing experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership, management, and project management skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to read blueprints and understand them
