Roofing Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Superintendent to join our team at CentiMark Corporation, the nation's leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry.

As a Roofing Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising large-scale, new construction roofing projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the project schedule is adhered to, supervising multiple roofing crews at job sites, and communicating with general contractors and trades to ensure a proficient workflow.

• Direct involvement to ensure the project schedule is adhered to
• Supervise multiple roofing crews at job sites / facilities
• Understand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details
• Communicate with all general contractors and trades to ensure a proficient workflow
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilities
• Plan and execute a successful project
• Must be willing to travel
• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Experience in Construction/Roofing Supervision
• Experience in commercial roofing a plus
• A valid state driver's license (in good standing) is required
• Capability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus
• Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organizational and time management skills
