About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Nurse Manager to lead our Employee/Student Health services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance patient care and services
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and certification standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Nursing required
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000-$125,000, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
