Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Office Manager to handle various administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, financial management, and data entry using QuickBooks. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
  • Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting, and provide regular financial updates to management.
  • Collections of Accounts Receivable: Implement a standardized process for collecting payments from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and control expenses by reviewing and reconciling vendor invoices.
