Role Summary

We are in search of a Child Behavioral Specialist who is committed to enhancing the quality of care and support for our clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clinical practices meet the highest standards of excellence while fostering a positive work environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties:

  • Facilitate improved independence and happiness for clients.
  • Establish and nurture trusting relationships with children and their families.
  • Act as a mentor and role model for behavior technicians.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external organizations.
  • Oversee data collection and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Supervise direct care staff and manage travel to various client locations.
  • Implement Quality Assurance measures and community outreach.
  • Engage with prospective clients and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with funding requirements and maintain audit readiness.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • No disciplinary actions on professional credentials.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working with children with autism.
  • In-depth knowledge of ABA principles and practices, particularly in California.
  • Experience in developing innovative clinical models is advantageous.
