As a pivotal member of our team, the Maintenance Operations Supervisor will oversee the maintenance division within a Domino's Pizza distribution manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a skilled maintenance crew to ensure effective maintenance operations, including preventive measures, troubleshooting, repairs, and machinery installation related to food processing equipment, structural integrity, and both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Guide the team in the design, assessment, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of bakery machinery, which encompasses electrical, mechanical, plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic, and computerized control systems.
  • Uphold safety protocols and ensure safe practices while working on mechanical and electrical apparatus in a production setting.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent technical training, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant technical field.
  • At least 3 years of applicable experience in maintenance.
  • Proven supervisory experience, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and mechanical/electrical schematics.
  • Capable of performing under pressure during equipment malfunctions.
  • Effectively communicate information to peers, management, and team members in both verbal and written formats.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to draw valid conclusions.
  • Familiarity with technical instructions and diagrams.
  • Certifications such as Certified Electrician in Electrical and Refrigeration are preferred.
  • Knowledge of Safe Food Handling Practices.
  • Preferred: A B I (American Bakery Institute) certification.
  • Ability to work in environments with yeast and flour exposure.
