As a Software Engineer, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain innovative software applications and specialized utility programs.
  • Create web applications and services utilizing technologies such as Python, Django, JavaScript, Postgres, and AWS.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues; implement unit tests and automation to uphold the quality of your features.
  • Enhance existing codebases while ensuring maintainability through thorough documentation, sound architecture, and automated testing practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to define and refine the architecture of the platform.
  • Engage in the recruitment process by interviewing and assessing potential new team members.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on software development best practices and methodologies.

Essential Qualifications:

1. Ability to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance.

2. Position requires on-site presence; remote work is not an option.
