The primary duties of the Scheduling Specialist encompass overseeing the daily functions of the department and coordinating medical services for claimants. This role provides the opportunity for remote work.

Work Schedule: Evening hours from 2:30 PM EST to 11:00 PM EST

Location Criteria: Candidates must reside within the EST or CST time zones

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage documentation utilizing online applications
  • Recognize and resolve potential issues in a timely manner
  • Deliver customer assistance through phone and electronic communication
  • Record interactions and ensure thoroughness of files
  • Remain informed on policies and procedures via company resources
  • Comply with safety protocols and regulations
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred
