Pulmonary Inpatient Night Shift Critical Care APP

The Critical Care Night APP is an integral member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, functioning within the adult ICU areas. This role primarily involves managing critically ill adults and serving as a resource throughout UKHC for intensive care interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Managing day-to-day patient care from ICU to step-down to discharge
- Providing education and ensuring an environment of safe quality care
- Participating in ICU triage and admissions process
- Demonstrating advanced medical and nursing knowledge, clinical and technical competency, and sound clinical judgment
- Strong foundation in evidenced-based practice
- Advanced level of medical and nursing knowledge
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
This role works primarily night shift, requiring the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
