About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Onboarding Manager to join our team at Sigma Computing. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they achieve successful implementation and adoption of our cloud analytics and business intelligence tool.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Customer Onboarding: Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored implementation plans to ensure successful adoption of our platform.
  2. Provide Expert Guidance: Offer hands-on expertise in business intelligence, data analytics, and cloud computing to customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
  3. Develop and Deliver Training: Create and deliver training programs to customers, teaching them best practices for using our platform and ensuring they have the skills needed to succeed.
  4. Manage Customer Milestones: Oversee key customer milestones, including sales handoff, initial onboarding kickoff, enablement, training, first value use case activation, go-live, and handoff to customer success.
  5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for customers.
Requirements
  1. 5+ Years of Business Intelligence Experience: Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and cloud computing, with a strong understanding of customer-facing technical roles.
  2. Clear Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, clear manner.
  3. Customer Relationship Skills: Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  4. Hands-on Experience with Cloud Data Warehouses: Experience with cloud data warehouses, including Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, and BigQuery.
  5. Dimensional Data Models and Data Shaping Techniques: Hands-on experience with dimensional data models and data shaping techniques, including SCD, dim_date, pivot/unpivot/lateral join with unnesting.
  6. SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write efficient and effective queries.
