We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Concierge PT to join our team at Senior Lifestyle. As a Concierge PT, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and families, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general assistance to residents, visitors, and families, including greeting and escorting them to their destinations.
- Answer and respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and door alarms to ensure the safety and security of residents and property.
- Process reports and documents related to work orders, incidents, and concerns.
- Receive and deliver packages, plants, and prescription medications as requested.
- Maintain the sign-in/out log for community keys and gate passes.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks and provide support as needed.
- Respond to resident, family, and employee concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, interacting with residents, visitors, and colleagues in a friendly and respectful manner.
Requirements
- Three months of related experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Highly proficient computer skills, including proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful demeanor.
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Positive and friendly demeanor towards residents and colleagues.
