As a vital member of the Global Parts Department, the Customer Service role requires a blend of discernment and initiative to navigate decisions within established guidelines. This position is instrumental in fostering a supportive environment for new team members under the guidance of the Parts and Logistics supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Address inquiries from customers and Field Service Engineers via telephone, covering topics such as pricing, warranty, parts availability, adjustments, applications, complaints, quotations, and general information.
  2. Input sales order information into the system promptly upon receiving customer requests, ensuring accurate identification of original and confirming orders as they arrive.
  3. Generate daily reports on orders processed.
  4. Contribute to the training and onboarding of new staff members.
  5. Engage with international representatives and customers to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
