Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hospice After Hours RN to provide exceptional care to patients during evening hours. This role is crucial in ensuring that our patients receive the support they need in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement patient care plans effectively.
  • Deliver compassionate support to patients and their families.
  • Conduct visits as required in the designated service area.
  • Recognize and celebrate key achievements within the first year of service.
Work Schedule

This position involves working seven consecutive evenings from 5 PM to 8 AM, followed by a week off. Flexibility and commitment to the schedule are essential.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree in nursing or higher.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in hospice care.
  • At least one year of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Willingness to travel as required for the role.
  • No prior applications or employment with Residential in the last six months.
Preferred Qualifications
  • RN License number is required for submission.
