Join Our Team as a Hospice Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their own homes
  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to clinical or client services managers
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Requirements:
  • Active and current RN license
  • One year of clinical experience preferred
  • Previous hospice experience welcomed, but not required
  • Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
