Geisinger Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Hematology/Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplant Service team. As an Inpatient RN, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, organize, and evaluate patient care to meet the needs of patients and families.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in unit-based decision-making and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice.
- Actively participate in patient quality and safety education programs and other activities designed to improve departmental and organizational quality and safety.
