Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Field Technician to join our team at Scott Equipment BR. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing in-field diagnostics and repairs of heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a mobile service vehicle to travel to customer locations and perform repairs as required.
  • Conduct thorough diagnostics and repairs of heavy equipment, including component removal, disassembly, and reconditioning.
  • Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards and in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Requirements:

  • Excellent mechanical skills, with experience in diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and drive train repair.
  • Current and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to assemble and perform maintenance functions on equipment.
  • Strong computer skills and excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
