A prominent Medical Manufacturing Company is looking to hire skilled Operators.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned assembler to become part of a dynamic organization. We are seeking individuals who possess a collaborative spirit, a strong eagerness to learn, and a versatile skill set.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of recent assembly experience, particularly with small components or under a microscope.
- Proficient hand soldering skills are essential (certification is advantageous).
- Familiarity with assembly adhesives is required.
- Experience in catheter assembly and testing is highly preferred.
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting tight deadlines, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A High School Diploma is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit excellent hand-eye coordination for assembly tasks performed under a microscope.
- Document and comply with bills of materials, work instructions, and testing protocols.
- Measure and record performance metrics utilizing dimensional equipment.
- Operate within a quality management framework using a manufacturing traveler.
- Ensure equipment calibration certifications are maintained for assembly operations.
- Support engineering efforts while working with minimal supervision.
- Provide updates on ongoing assembly tasks to the immediate supervisor.
- Contribute to the achievement of company goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Training will take place in a designated location for 6-8 weeks before transitioning to a different site.
Work Schedule: 9/80 schedule, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with every other Friday off.
Compensation: $19.50 to $20.50 per hour, depending on experience.
