Job Summary

The Lot Attendant is responsible for ensuring the efficient and organized operation of the dealership lot. This includes receiving, moving, and arranging equipment, as well as verifying the receipt of new vehicles and performing damage inspections. Additionally, the Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the lot, including trimming bushes, removing weeds, and performing snow removal. This role also involves installing items on trucks and trailers, such as mud flaps and safety kits, and maintaining the inventory appearance and performance of new and used vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, move, and arrange equipment on the dealership lot
  • Verify the receipt of new vehicles and perform damage inspections
  • Maintain the appearance of the lot, including trimming bushes, removing weeds, and performing snow removal
  • Install items on trucks and trailers, such as mud flaps and safety kits
  • Maintain the inventory appearance and performance of new and used vehicles
  • Perform general lot maintenance, including picking up trash and maintaining the cleanliness of the lot
  • Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance
  • Perform Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor
  • Uphold Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Valid and clear commercial driver's license
Preferred Skills and Abilities
  • Dealership experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written customer service skills
  • Able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions
  • Ability to drive pay loader preferred
  • Able to obtain CDL (paid by employer)
