About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based therapy to individuals struggling with addiction. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care, developing treatment plans, and facilitating group and individual therapy sessions. Your expertise will help patients achieve sobriety and improve their overall well-being.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate patient care, including initial assessments, family sessions, and communication with referral sources
* Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
* Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT
* Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to identify behavioral health needs and develop ongoing care plans

Requirements:

* Master's degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, or a related field
* 1-2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in addiction treatment
* Strong knowledge of addiction theories, assessment tools, and treatment modalities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
