**Job Description:** Recovery Therapist and Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Recovery Therapist and Coach to join our team at Caron Treatment Centers. As a key member of our staff, you will provide expert guidance and support to individuals recovering from addiction.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Provide individualized coaching and support to patients in recovery
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops on recovery topics
  • Develop and implement personalized recovery plans based on individual needs and goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care

**Requirements:**

A Master's degree in a related field is required, along with experience in working with individuals with addiction and recovery issues. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of recovery principles and practices.
