About the Role

The Site Director is a key leadership position at KinderCare Learning Companies, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our early childhood education centers. As a Site Director, you will be responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment that fosters the growth and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs and services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain families and children in our centers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and services, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and community partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
