Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Legal Counsel at Vandeveer Garzia, PC in Troy, MI. The Legal Counsel will be tasked with offering legal guidance, performing research, negotiating, and practicing law across various domains. Daily responsibilities include representing and advising clients, drafting legal documents, conducting legal inquiries, and engaging in negotiations and litigation.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in Law and Legal Advisory
  • Strong Research and Negotiation abilities
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively and independently
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law institution
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing
  • Experience in litigation
  • Knowledge of Worker's Compensation is advantageous
