Job Summary

A Social Worker at The Guidance Center will work with individuals, couples, and families to overcome emotional and behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work and experience working with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address a range of issues, including mental health, substance abuse, and relationship problems.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services with community resources.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in program development and contribute to the growth and improvement of The Guidance Center.
Requirements
  • LMSW required; Epic experience preferred.
  • Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree or higher.
  • Minimum of two years' clinical social work experience, including hospital and psych experience.
