About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Engineering to lead our engineering and design teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in every aspect of our construction pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the engineering and design team, fostering innovation and professional growth.
  • Establish performance standards and provide regular feedback to drive team success.
  • Oversee all project phases, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while optimizing resources across multiple initiatives.
  • Drive research and development efforts to advance 3D printing technologies and construction automation.
  • Ensure all designs meet safety and quality standards, with a focus on concrete structures and material selection.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering fields. A Master's degree is preferred but not required.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado, or the ability to obtain Colorado licensure through comity, within a short timeframe.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional engineering experience, with a focus on residential and commercial structural design.
  • Strong preference for candidates with expertise in concrete structural design.
  • Experience in leadership and team management roles.
