We're seeking a skilled Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building relationships with store management, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and customers
  • Provide product knowledge and training to store staff
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in retail or merchandising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
