Public Area Attendant Role:
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is seeking a Public Area Attendant who is committed to delivering outstanding quality and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of guest areas throughout the resort, along with other assigned cleaning tasks.
- Ensure all public spaces are tidy, vacuumed, and dust-free. This includes keeping mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors spotless and free of marks. Dispose of all waste from these areas.
- Regularly inspect Lobby Restrooms to ensure all surfaces are sanitized and restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and hand towels as needed.
- Address guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby, demonstrating the ability to answer questions and guide guests to their desired locations.
- We seek individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift weights up to 40lbs.
- Effective communication skills and a basic command of English are required.
- This role necessitates the flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
