Job Title: Human Resources Director

Jobot is seeking a strategic-focused Human Resources leader to oversee the operations of the Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies
  • Provide human resources direction, advice, and counsel to management
