About the Role

The Director of Human Resources serves as a strategic-focused human resources leader, responsible for overseeing and operating the Human Resources team. This role involves driving improvements to organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, and retention programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee employee relations strategy and provide human resources direction, advice, and counsel to management.
  • Support management in driving improvements to organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement recognition programs to boost employee morale and engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources.
