About the Job

Covenant Health seeks a skilled RN to join our team in the Emergency Department at Covenant Hobbs Hospital. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing and prioritizing patient needs in a dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • New Mexico Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association - within 90 days of start date
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association - within 90 days of start date
  • 1 year of RN experience
