Job Title: Day Porter

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team at a Luxury Apartment Complex in King of Prussia, PA.

Job Summary:

The Day Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility, ensuring a positive experience for residents and guests. This is a part-time position, Monday-Thursday and Saturday, 8:00am to 11:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to building occupants
  • Move large trash and recycling dumpsters to the rear parking area daily
  • Perform spot cleaning of designated areas based on customer needs
  • Maintain cleanliness of trash rooms on each floor
  • Maintain cleanliness of stairwells
  • Remove trash and recyclables
  • Police the parking lot for debris
  • Communicate cleaning issues or concerns to the manager
  • Communicate needs to the facility
  • Act as the eyes and ears of the facility, reporting maintenance issues
  • Sweep cigarette butts
  • Maintain cleanliness of dog park and waste stations
  • Maintain the front of the building, courtyard, furniture, and grilling areas
  • Salting or shoveling snow when needed
Requirements:
  • No prior custodial experience required
  • Excellent work ethic and customer service skills
  • Superior attendance and reliable transportation
  • Ability to roll and move large trash and recycling dumpsters weighing 250-300 lbs to the rear of the parking lot daily
  • Ability to walk, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
  • Dependable, positive, and team-oriented individual
