Description

Corporate Cleaning Group is now hiring a Part Time Outside Day Porter for a Luxury Apartment Complex in King of Prussia.

The shift is Monday-Thursday & Saturday 8:00am to 11:00pm

Pay is: $15.00 per hour

The primary responsibilities involve the upkeep of the facility to enhance and maintain the look of it. The porter will have multiple responsibilities to help facility function throughout the day.

Major Job Functions:
  • Customer Service Representative for building occupants
  • Move large trash & recycling dumpsters to rear parking daily
  • Spot clean designated areas based off the customers' needs
  • Maintain cleanliness of trash rooms on each floor
  • Maintain cleanliness of stairwells
  • Trash Removal
  • Police parking lot for debris
  • Communicate cleaning issues or concerns to the manager
  • Communicate needs to the facility
  • Eyes and ears of the facility, for maintenance issues
  • Sweeping cigarette butts
  • Maintain cleanliness of dog park / waste stations
  • Maintain front of building, courtyard, furniture, grilling areas
  • Salting or shoveling snow when needed
Requirements:
  • No custodial experience required
  • Excellent work ethic and customer service
  • Superior attendance and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to roll / move large trash and recycling dumpsters weighing 250-300 lbs to rear of parking lot daily.
  • Ability to walk, bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
  • Dependable, Positive and Team Orientated
