Position Overview

This full-time, on-site position for a Wastewater Engineering Manager at LL Resources LLC involves leading a team dedicated to wastewater engineering initiatives. The role encompasses software development, project oversight, and integration efforts related to wastewater projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for our water and wastewater clients while supporting the sales team in developing new project opportunities.
  • Enhance the efficiency of treatment plant systems, focusing on filtration, chemical disinfection, pretreatment, and energy recovery systems.
  • Evaluate, troubleshoot, and implement enhancements to treatment processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the water and/or wastewater sector.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for work-related purposes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
